For the 3rd consecutive year, LE MONDE Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies is steadily at the top, winning the 3rd place at the International gastronomic contest Trophée Mille International 2023, that was held in France!
Trophée Mille International 2023, took place for the 12th consecutive year in Reims, France, on March 20, with participants from all over the world. Trophée Mille is a contest that highlights the young apprentice cooks from schools from all over the world. The jury is comprised of a group of distinguished French Chefs & Pastry Chefs, awarded with Michelin Stars, as well as the highest honorary title that can be attributed to a professional French Chef, that of the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France).
LE MONDE team worthily represented our country with Davri Vasiliki and Karaflos Panagiotis. Students created two dishes, a savory and a sweet one, impressing the judges with both their gastronomic compositions and their professionalism. Their preparation was made by Mr. Kalosakas Makis, Harry Psilopoulos and Gikas Xenakis, chefs & pastry chefs at LE MONDE Institute.
A distinction that proves both the high standard education that LE MONDE offers, as well as its international prestige.
